Once you have a good local solicitor on board, we work with them on your contract and transaction details. All of our listing, rental and sales documentation is REIQ accredited. Once an offer has been accepted, we sent a draft contract to your solicitor for approval and you DocuSign the final version. If can safely and securely be completed remotely.
