Maude Thompson Property

1. Competition will run from 25/10/2024 to 28/2/2025

2. The competition prize includes as exclusive listing with Maude Thompson Property to sell your property for $0 commission! 

3. The prize does not include the marketing package which is usually around $3,400

4. The full marketing package includes our premiere listing with Realestate.com.au, professional real estate photography, drone and floorplan, signboard and marketing materials. 

5. The competition prize will remain valid for the entire 2025 for single use and may only be used on a property within the 8-kilometre radius of the Brisbane CBD.

6. To enter the competition, simply book your property appraisal to sell with us. Submit through the website including your full name, mobile number, physical address and email address, along with when your expected timeframe to sell.

7. To qualify for the listing with no sales commission, the winner will be required to send the marketing fees within 5 working days to secure the prize .

8. The winner will be drawn on Friday, 28th February 2025 and notified immediately by phone and email. If Maude Thompson Property are unable to contact the winner within 3 days or should a winner not be able to accept the prize, Maude Thompson Property reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative winner. 

9. Should the prize winner not pay the marketing invoice within 3 working days, Maude Thompson Property reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative winner who will be drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions.

10. The competition will be open for entries from 12.00am 25/10/24 until 11.59pm on 28/02/25.

11. The winner will be drawn at random.

12. The prize draw is open to Australian citizens aged over 18 years old who own a property and want to sell withing 8km radius of the Brisbane CBD.

13.  The winner may be asked to participate publicity on behalf of Maude Thompson Property including a written, image and video content to be used for marketing purposes across multiple channels. 

14. Events may occur that render the prize draw itself or the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of Maude Thompson Property and accordingly Maude Thompson Property may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to Maude Thompson Property or K M Thompson as a result thereof.

15. Maude Thompson Property reserves the right to end the competition at any time.
